UMACO Pty Ltd AUSTRALIA
Queensland: Project 105-116
Project: 105-116
UMACO has an objective that incorporates the development and production of industrial gravel, gold and industrial minerals to combine with independent contracts over the forward sales of industrial gravel/sands and rare decorative gravel. The company will process its own minerals immediately after the contractors have removed the overburden and screened the gravels and sands leaving high grade sands for concentration by our own process technology.
- Project Goals\Create a combined Gold, Platinum Metal, Industrial Mineral, Rare Earths and Decorative Gravel Project in Southeast Queensland
- Utilise our exclusive gold process technology and promote to the Australasian Mining and Environmental Forum.
- Promotion and Distribution to other Miners for UGPL Renovare Process and attract others to process with UMACO technology.
- UMACO has strategic plans for Indigenous self development which will provide opportunity for Indigenous and European culture in the same industry. Please visit our Humanitarian Section for further information.
Description:
The Project contains 469,000,000 cubic metres of which 160,000,000 m3 contains multiple gold and precious metals along with a suite of 4 industrial minerals including Ilmenite, zirconium rutile, and a range of accessory titanium (anatase, leucoxene, monazite and xenotime) a small percentage contains 1.2% sapphire and other gems. Also established and identified is < 2.6% Bastinite.
The value of insitu ore is $45.36 per m3 (as at year 2009) in the channel before extraction. The gravels account for the cost of production with distribution and transport performed by a distributor.
The gold, precious metals and minerals are our main target. The value added products to this project are industrial minerals and gravels whilst an exponential (repetitive) by product is the promotion of UMACO's processing to other mining companies under contract. This provides additional potential of earnings on competing companies and their mineral resources expected to be up to 15% of their recovered gold.

Analysis:
- Competitors such as CRA have a combined mineral sand grade of 3% (WIM 150 deposit Horsham Victoria containing rutile, zirconium, ilmenite anatase leucoxene, monazite and xenotime.
- Competitors minimum ore grade for east coast Australia producers of mineral sands deposit is 0.4% rutile plus zircon "Consolidated Rutile Ltd" R.Z Mines Pty Ltd and Mineral Deposits Ltd. West Australian deposits minimum grade approximately 4% total heavy metals.
- Strengths: UMACO has 1.25% Zirconium and 3.5% illmenite, 4% rutile titanium minerals and an added bonus of 0.43g/t Gold and 0.365g/t Platinum with rare Gravels and Industrial gravels and sands totaling 160 million tonnes. Gold concentrations are up to 22 g/t Au in concentrates.
UMACO maintains multiple stream revenue on competing strong metal demands containing in addition a precious metals endowment.
UMACO retains a quality and resistance against environmental weaknesses by utilising advanced unrivalled methodology and technology. This is competitively cheaper, partially reusable and particularly faster than cyanide on certain mine projects.
UMACO has exclusivity on Renovare gold and precious metals processor distribution rights.
UMACO does not have to distribute, package or transport gravels to market, having an independent distributor contractor to accommodate the product, market and promotion.
Technology:
New technology being used: UMACO Gold Process UGPL, Its supported by rotary centrifugal and gravity circuits combined natural water electrolysis and Renovare technological extraction on low-grade minerals:
- Benefits: Faster recovery which means greater income with minimal environmental disturbance as a result of our unique processing. First alluvial gold dissolvent processor (natural hydro-electrolytic dependence).
- Removal of Heavy metals before discharge and greater recovery during processing
Standards being adopted:
Specific ancient surface channels using UGPL Renovare technological extraction on low-grade minerals.
- Benefits: By targeting low-grade alluvial paleo channels such as the 105-116 Paleo Glacial Till, gold at small particle sizes in homogenous environments is concentrated and reduced quickly in a few hours as opposed to days and months by cyanide.
- Projects such as 105-116 Paleo Glacial Till are also greatly more accessible, easier to mine and more visible to define by contrast to hidden hard rock underground ore which is factually more difficult to extract and find. A paleo channel even at low-grades has far easier operating parameters as well as rehabilitation considerations.
- Whilst the gold and minerals at the 105-116 Paleo Glacial Till lay in a low-grade environment the technology we hold, is uniquely compatible with the ore environment which lays only a few meters beneath the surface. Our process technological advantage is that a .3g/m3 Au loss in other plants is a .125g/m3 Au gain in our UGPL, generally increasing the response to the dissolvent kinetics with our process when by contrast gold is usually lost in discharge waste and cyanide complex solutions. Our technology is purest "Gold Specific" when targeting gold by comparison to cyanide in a equally specific environment on an amenable ore.
Standards specifically being ignored:
- Drawbacks & Benefits: A percentage of the channel lays in an unsorted profile with poor distribution of gravels in any sensible stratigraphic order. However this can be ignored in the light of the process extraction technique employed at UMACO projects. Our ore is sorted by automatic pre-screening, for the gravel recovery for industrial sales and commercial construction. Therefore the reporting ores to the gravity circuit will have been synthesised through sorting apparatus before processing. A concentrate will have been formed for our process to effectively remove the gold and other minerals resulting in an order of specific gravity without a 100% homogenous environment before processing.
Project Targets - Specific Ancient Surface Channels
UMACO specialises in mineral development of specific mineral environments contained in low-high grade by definition of the resource characteristics. We focus on massive bulk paleo channels, alluvial, fluvial, colluvial, and celta/beach sand projects.
A typical interest would contain massive qualified capacity of a minimum 30 million cubic metres and upwards of 300 million cubic metres (and have a potential gold grade: [~.6 g/m3 Au].
Primarily a project should contain the primary commodities: gold, with either precious gems and industrial minerals or both. The industrial minerals should ideally be, but not limited to, any combinations of the following: Zirconium Sands, Rutile, Ilmenite, Magnetite sands (>15% concentrate or diamonds).
Our Hard rock targets are:
- Epithermal/Hydrothermal Gold and PGE Hard Rock resources.

Team/Resources
State assumptions about resources allocated to this project
- People: Local plant operators, highly skilled and motivated with experienced national earthmoving and gravel production. This coupled with highly skilled processing chemist, hydro-metallurgist and environmentalist in professional contrast with skilled workforce.
- Equipment: Speed screens, mobile processing plant, Longwall mining method synergy replacing continuous miners with dozer trap rip and push production Plant at the face and HD Haul Trucks with matching earthmovers at 500m3/hr - 1500m3/hr.
- Locations: Production site is within the radius of major metropolitan airports, export and shipping ports. A large workforce is accessible by numerous experienced employment organisations and analytical and geological services are available without losses.
- The site is a centrally located and is an ideal site for exposure to the metro and broader mining and analytical community for the process promotion. The site is easily reached and recognised by numerous mining organisations and professional staff.
- Accommodation is reduced with close proximity to provincial towns rural services and labour forces which are 15-20minutes from the site.
- Support & outside services: The site is within a couple of hours of major metropolitan parts and services.
