Alluvial Diamonds

Artisanal Miners

Current Artisanal mining involve unsafe practices and people have to work hard to earn a living. Artisanal miners will be offered work with stable income and safer working environments

Automatic gold panning devices will be rented in exchange for gold to artisanal to increase production. Areas will be set aside for artisanal miners and be monitored to ensure safe working practices.

Close cooperation with CAPAM and Government to control safety and security in area. Strong relationships with local authorities and government means UMACO Pty Ltd can protect its interests and acquire new permits/licenses.

The District

Reconnaissance Survey:

Was undertaken in September 2010 and was identified as the primary target with a high potential for Au and diamonds.

Environmental Protection

The Local Government laws for the protection of the environment are very strict. The above map shows that the District is outside all protected zones. Therefore no special permission will be required for construction of roads, dredging etc.
