Ms Visser is an executive administrator who is skilled with accreditations in Business Office and Accounting. Anna has a Bachelor of Accounting and has administered offices in industry related standards to mining and support based infrastructure.

Warren Keith Geary – COO

Applied Science Geology; Warren Geary has a Science Degree (Geology) and (AssDip) Mining Engineer

Warren is a professional geologist specialising in paleo channel and alluvial hard rock open cut resources. Warren is a recognised mining entrepreneur with over 33 years of mineral exploration and mining development experience across numerous established projects throughout Queensland Australia and Papua New Guinea. He has extensive corporate mineral industry knowledge and industrial technical mining engineering expertise.

Amandeep Mann – Executive Director
Director of Business Development and Commodity Trading

Aman has a Masters in Security Management; Bachelor in Hospitality Management and Diploma in Front Line Management. This includes 14 years experience in the Security Industry and 10 years in Hospitality.

Aman is UMACO's front man. His position is to investigate mining properties and other investment opportunities before presenting to The Board. He brings to UMACO his vast international clientele and commodity knowledge.

Dave Hunter - Executive Director
Engineering Division & Supply and Procurement

Dave Hunter oversees the Engineering Division and also the Global Supply and Procurement Chain Management. He oversees engineering, requisition staff and merchandising along with mechanical repair, supply and provision of heavy-duty equipment and maintenance. Dave has a strong proven record and organisational skills.

Dale Dewhirst – Director of Mine Sourcing

Dale has a background in sourcing gold & diamond mines that are UMACO compliant.

Dale brings to the company her commodity trading knowledge and contacts and works under the direction of Aman Mann, UMACO's Executive Director of Business Development and Commodity Trading. Dale previously worked for one of Australia's largest advertising agencies where she worked on major mining companies recruitment campaigns.

Des Geary – Co-ordination of Global Security

Accomplished mine supervisor and field manager. Mr Geary will implement and co-ordinate global security arrangements for UMACO and management of sovereign and physical risk in underdeveloped territories.

Gwen Ferry – Director of Pearl Division

Gwen previously worked in a high profile jewellery manufacturing company.

Gwen brings to the company her vast knowledge and experience in the jewellery industry and also her commodities knowledge. Gwen works under the direction of Aman Mann, UMACO's Executive Director of Business Development and Commodity.

Joanne Landy – Director of Humanitarian & Environmental Affairs

Joanne is an international author and co-author of ten major Physical Education Resources. Joanne has provided lecturing at Edith Cowan University, Murdoch University and the University of Western Australia and has presented at many State, National and International Conferences
